Follow the steps below PRIOR to tryouts so you are ready!

Fill out KCV player information questionnaire

Fill out ERVA/USAV Medical Release and bring a signed copy

Medical Release Form

Fill out ERVA/USAV membership (tryout membership if you are not sure)

New to the club

Returning to the  club? You were sent an email to your last registration address

Show up 10 minutes early for your tryout with your paperwork.
